Kerr 1998-???
In 1998 a new force in Professional Wrestling emerged from the shadows. He was "The Ring Master" Roger Kerr. Basically a lackie and Stooge for the evil owner of the WWO, James Thurston III, he later emerged as one of the true great managers on the East Coast. Based currently out of North Carolina he has showcased his talent from Philly, PA all the way down to South Carolina. Lately he has been highly praised for his referring skills and has quickly become a commodity to many Federations. Roger has managed such superstars as Natrone Steele, Scab, Dewey Cheatum, Preston Quinn, CW Anderson, Qsic, DJ Jonny D,  Jacey North, plus others. He is known not to take any guff from wrestlers when in the striped shirt, so in turn he has taken some extreme beatings for the sake of the buisness.
